Our client owned & operated a rundown hotel which was mortgaged for £600k. The value of the hotel was approx. £750k. There was planning permission to turn the hotel into flats with two retail units on the ground floor and with further flats in a new block in the car park.

CFB UK obtained finance to redeem the existing loan and provide for 100% of the build costs with all fees and interest rolled up into the facility.
